This is a traditional old stone built Paxiot house which has been refurbished, converted and extended to produce a beautiful and stylish holiday villa with sumptuous furnishings and top quality fixtures and appliances. The villa is perched high up on the western headland protecting Lakka Bay and has the most gorgeous views from its terraces gardens and pool deck across the bay to the eastern headland and out to sea.
The interior is expensively equipped, with an open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen and utility in one half of the house and one double bedroom en suite and one twin bedroom with a separate shower in the other. The two parts of the villa are connected by a covered outside seating area with sliding patio doors leading to the terrace and gardens. Outside there is a pool, surrounded by railed stone paved patios and terraces with views down to Lakka Bay The journey to Lakka is steep and windy so for absolute comfort, we recommend hiring a car.
Lakka is quiet by day but comes to life in the evenings with harbour bars and tavernas and al fresco eating in little squares and cobbled courtyards. At the last count there were 12 restaurants, 3 bars, any number of cafes, 2 mini markets, 2 bakers and a butcher. A high quality villa in a high quality location.
